The lovely wrap-around balcony and additional balcony provided ample space for morning coffee while soaking in the picturesque scenery. The attentive service enhanced the experience.
One minor inconvenience was the limited Wi-Fi strength in certain areas, which occasionally disrupted my online activities.

Very helpful staff, tidy rooms.
Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a magnificent location on the coast, the services were terrific. Location short walk to the ocean, Oasis Shopping Centre, and bars. A good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue. Had apartment with air con, the bathroom, for instance.

I recently stayed for a family getaway and enjoyed a wonderful five days in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The view from the balcony was amazing, could even spot some dolphins splashing around. Apartment was super comfy for our little family, and the kids loved being so close to the beach. Plenty of nearby eateries and shops kept us well-fed without much hassle. the staff were top-notch, always there to lend a hand with a smile. Even the outdated cutlery added a quirky charm to our meals. Pool time was a hit with the whole fam. Already plotting our return trip!

Access to Beach and shopping Mall
We stayed in room 37: a superior Room. Four thin pillows on our bed providing little support. Only two had pillow cases. Most un-hygenic. There was no kitchen Grater in the room. Reception said they would need to purchase one. This would be delivered sometime to our room! I insisted we were preparing lunch and needed one immediately. I was given the grater belonging to the on site manager, with evident attitude !! The Tin Opener in our room was broken, again, back to reception this item also needed to be purchased, it was also replaced from the on site managers appartment. Three potatoe peelers were in the draw, each one worn out ready to be thrown away. Two Irons in the cupboard, both a safety risk, the back fallen off one with wires exposed. The second, the handle was broken! I took photos of the Irons on my iPhone for evidence if needed. The standard lamp was broken, held up by leaning against the wall. No screw type bulb in found in the lower section. The screw bulb in top section was not working. Three replacement bayonet / pin bulbs in kitchen draw were useless for this lamp. Smoke alarm battery was dead and beeping all night Friday and Saturday. I disconnected it Saturday leaving the room without an alarm. We were out before office hours Sunday morning. Office closed Sunday afternoon. Alarm still not operating! Foxtel was advertised as being in all rooms, sorry room 37 didn't have access, go there, check it out and follow the instructions, you get nothing!! Some issues brought to attention of lady manager upon checkout. No apology, and no concern our stay was other than enjoyable. Happy to accept our money for the superior room with no apology. Was there a room with higher category than Superior ? If so perhaps more care is taken there to ensure the comfort and safety of it's guests. An absolute failure by management to ensure patrons were cared for or received value for money. Boulevard North, would I stay there again!

Great views, clean, good parking, good comfort, met our expectations from information provided.
It was very disappointing to have construction/maintenance work being conducted on the floor above, After a call to reception on the 1st morning...we were under the impression it would not go on to long....many days after we had grinding/drilling screeching sounds...we had to leave the apartment on six separate occasions. This was not the holiday we were expecting and I am very disappointed ....we could have complained further but did not want to ruin our holiday completely by being forced to move. We stayed on floor 16 apartment 48, fantastic apartment but we suffered ..I have stayed at many apartments around the gold coast and cannot understand why there was no pre warning of these works being undertaken. We fully understand that works need to be done at some points of time but explanation would have been a benefit.
